STBs are a key element of an end-to-end system, and must be integrated with several other components in the system. In times of critical service situations and problem resolutions, Albis Technologies provides backup technical services to the Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) Level 3 Support to resolve STB related problems.
To ensure customer satisfaction and quality services, all Technical Backup Services will be provided by Albis Technologies directly to Level 3 support of the Service provider or its representatives. Three different service levels are available to fit your operational needs and response times.
